The PADI Advanced Open Water Course is designed to help certified divers gain experience in a variety of underwater environments while developing greater confidence and control. Rather than focusing on classroom learning, the course emphasizes practical experience through five Adventure Dives conducted in real diving conditions.
Every student completes the Deep Dive and Underwater Navigation Dive, followed by three elective dives chosen according to local conditions and personal interests. Popular options include Peak Performance Buoyancy, Night Diving, Fish Identification, Drift Diving, and Wreck Diving.
